April 16: Circus Night

605 Ninja is hosting a drop-off Circus Night event, and the lineup of activities looks pretty sweet. From aerial skills to trapeze, as well as all the typical 605 NINJA activities, the event definitely will be something for every child to enjoy. Pizza and water will be provided with the price of the event, which is $25. Circus Night will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday. Space will be limited for the event. April 16: Fourth Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Downtown Sioux Falls’ fourth annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place Saturday, and it’s shaping up to be a good one. You’ll “venture through a variety of shops in downtown Sioux Falls,” including Papa Woody’s Wood Fired Pizza, Prairie Cocoa & Confections and Remedy Brewing Co. On your way through the stores, Easter eggs will be scattered throughout. There might even be a few treats or prizes in the eggs! April 16: Book n’ Brew

Join author, chef and entrepreneur Laurel Lather to celebrate her book “Nostalgic Feast” with a unique twist. This book-signing event will be hosted by WoodGrain Brewing Co. Lather has helped curate a special flight of craft beers for the event; Monica’s Menu food truck also will be on-site offering up tacos and sandwiches. “Nostalgic Feast” is Lather’s “tales and recipes from a lifetime pursuit of pleasing people’s palate,” and signed copies will be available during the event from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday.

April 16: Spring Cleaning Book Donations Day

Got any spare books lying around that you haven’t picked up in awhile? The Full Circle Book Co-Op wants them. On Saturday, it will be accepting books of any age, genre or language, as long as they are gently used. Each book you donate will give you a point to the Book Co-Op’s membership program; if you reach 150 points, you’ll enjoy 10 percent off books for a year and other benefits. The Book Co-Op will be accepting books all day.

April 16: Easter at Great Shots

Spend the day before Easter Sunday with the Easter bunny and some fun activities at Great Shots. The Easter at Great Shots event is packed with an Easter egg hunt sponsored by the Sioux Falls Storm, a meeting with the Easter Bunny and, of course, golf. Brunch also will be available, with items including eggs, sausage, bacon, cheesy hash browns, biscuits and gravy, pastries, waffles and fruit. Buffets also will include unlimited nonalcoholic beverages and a complimentary mimosa for anyone 21 and older.  Activities will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday. For information, click here.

April 16: Eggstravaganza

Skate City is hosting one of the most unique ways you’ll get to meet this Easter Bunny this weekend. The Eggstravaganza event Saturday will be a day full of skating with the Easter Bunny, winning prizes and candy. Arcade games and other regular activities will be available. The cost of the event is $7, and regular skate rental rates will apply. The event will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday. For information, click here.
