It’s back! Your guide to trolley season
The downtown trolley returns next week, and we’re here to help you make the most of it.
Here’s the quick rundown:
Where it goes
The trolley makes a loop from Falls Park in the north, down Main Avenue to the Washington Pavilion and back up Phillips Avenue to Falls Park, stopping along the way at 8th & Railroad Center on East Eighth Street. You can hop on and off at any stop.
Pro tip: It’s at Falls Park at the top and bottom of every hour, and it’s at the Pavilion at 10-after and 40-after the hour.
How long it goes
Each loop takes 25 to 30 minutes.
When it runs
The trolley runs June 1 through Aug. 29 at these times:
- Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday: noon to 6 p.m.
- Thursday through Saturday: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
How much it costs
Riding the trolley is $2 per person. Those 12 and younger are free. Each pass is good for riding all day.

How you’ll stay safe
The trolley has these measures and guidelines in place for the season:
- Sanitization stations in place.
- Interior areas cleaned frequently.
- High-touch surfaces disinfected regularly.
- Mask wearing is recommended.
- Keep to your group.
- Respect the space of others.
- Exit at the rear door.
