Go Beyond for Go Give O’G: One day to support the next generation of Knights

The spirit of the O’Gorman community is alive and thriving! Our recent Omaha, Denver and Twin Cities regional alumni reunions were full of laughter, stories and memories that reminded us why the Knights community is so special. Even if you weren’t able to join, the energy from these gatherings carries a powerful message: O’Gorman and Cathedral alumni are connected, supportive and ready to make a difference.

Everyone is encouraged to join the celebration with Go Give O’G Day of Giving! This is a day when all Knights, near and far, can come together to support O’Gorman students. This year’s theme, Go Beyond for Go Give O’G, challenges members of the community to take that extra step — to go above and beyond for the school that shaped us.

Even a small gift makes a meaningful impact. Contributions to Go Give O’G Day of Giving go directly to tuition assistance, helping local students have access to the Catholic education that Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools offers.

At O’Gorman, every student begins with a spark — a passion, a curiosity, a dream of what could be. Here, they’re given the opportunity to explore, create and grow. Step by step, those small moments become something more. Because what starts here doesn’t stay here. It becomes the foundation for what comes next: leaders, creators, professionals and servants. As one of our scholarship recipients shared: “My time here hasn’t just shaped me as a student, but as a person. I’ve learned the importance of compassion, service and living with purpose. Those lessons will stay with me long after I leave here. … (The scholarship) is a strong reminder for how strong the O’Gorman community truly is and how the legacy of those who came before us continues to impact students today.”
