Extravaganza 2024: A night of celebration, community support for Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools

Excitement is building, and the countdown has begun! Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools proudly hosts Extravaganza 2024, a spectacular gala set to take place April 13 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.

“You’ll enjoy an evening of elegance, entertainment and most importantly unwavering support for Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools,” said Liz Myscofski, director of development.

The event features an array of activities, from a live auction to mobile bidding silent auction, as well as popular traditions such as “Raise the Paddle” for tuition assistance and “You’ve Been Knighted” community signs.

“This year’s  Extravaganza will feature a Roaring ’20s theme, which we encourage guests to dive into with their attire,” Myscofski said.

“We know you’ll also love the dinner, fine wine and entertainment we have in store for you with the dynamic Dueling Duo piano players.”

One hundred percent of proceeds from Extravaganza 2024 directly benefit all eight schools within Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools, so every contribution makes a difference in the lives of students and educators alike.

“There are numerous ways to show your support, whether it’s making a donation for the auction, becoming an event sponsor, purchasing tickets to attend, volunteering to ensure the event’s success, participating in the silent auction or simply spreading the word,” Myscofski said. “Every act of generosity contributes to the continued growth and prosperity of our schools.”
