Apartment of the Week: Irving Center Apartments
This apartment listing is sponsored by 334rent.com.
Brand-new affordable apartment homes where a school sat years ago are now waiting for residents near downtown.

Irving Center Apartments opened this spring and still has some apartments available – if you act fast.
“It’s a beautiful, brand-new apartment community, and if you qualify, our rental prices are hard to beat,” said property manager Cassi Heumiller.
The location
If you love downtown life but need an affordable rent, Irving Center is ideally located for you.

Located at 220 S. Spring Ave., it’s just a short walk to the heart of downtown, the YMCA, public transportation and lots of workplaces.
“There are always fun events taking place in this area, so you are sure to never get bored,” Heumiller said.
The apartments
Irving Center offers 35 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, but they’re going fast.

“We only have about a dozen still available, and no one-bedrooms right now, but we have some two-bedroom apartments with one bath and some three-bedroom, two-bath apartments,” Heumiller said.
“Our units have gorgeous finishes throughout, with neutral colors and quality appliances.”

The apartments include washers and dryers, dishwashers, giant bathrooms and large walk-in closets in the master bedrooms.

The amenities
It’s like an extension of your home entering Irving Center’s community room, which is free for all residents to use.

“This community room has a full kitchen, bathrooms, dining room table, couch, TV and bookshelves that will be filled with books and board games,” Heumiller said.
“Residents can host birthday parties, holidays and family get-togethers here in this community room free of charge.”

Irving Center also offers some storage units that are located on each floor, which are also free for residents as they are available. And coming soon, a new playground will be added for families to enjoy.
The tour
Irving Center has income guidelines that residents must meet in order to qualify to live here.
“We look at how many occupants will be living in the home as well as the combined annual gross income for all adults within the home to determine eligibility,” Heumiller said.
To find out if you qualify, reach out at 334-RENT, or call the office at 605-271-1316.
