A popular town home community in Harrisburg has new options for renters.

The location

Creekside Commons is just south of Sioux Falls in Harrisburg at 644 W. Willow St.

“People love the Harrisburg location, especially when they don’t want to live right in Sioux Falls but they want to be close, so it’s convenient to drive if they need or want to go into Sioux Falls,” property manager Ryann Lamb said. “It’s also close to a lot of neighboring Harrisburg schools and right across from the high school.”

The apartment

Creekside Commons offers one-, two- and three-bedroom town homes, including with attached and detached garages. There are new two-bedroom town homes available for move-in, and as construction progresses, there will be more options.

“These town homes have a very unique design and have character,” Lamb said. “All the bedrooms are upstairs, which gives you a lot of room on the first level. These are very spacious town homes.”

Some units even include a walk-in pantry. The town homes also feature large closets, a full appliance package, patios and balconies.

The amenities

Creekside Commons is adding lots of amenities, including an outdoor pool, bark park and playground.

“The clubhouse is also going to be large, with a fitness center and different game areas, and the pool and playground definitely are going to be popular,” Lamb said.
