The apartments

The Rowe offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.

“Availability may vary depending on style,” Darley said. “Our property includes three distinct building types — apartments, flats and lofts — so we’re able to help find the best fit for any resident.”

The apartment-style units are located across six buildings. Each unit features a private patio, offering a comfortable outdoor space to relax and unwind.

Flat-style buildings provide individual entrances for added privacy and convenience. Each unit includes a south-facing patio, perfect for enjoying natural light throughout the day. These are available in two buildings.

The newest building opened in August 2024 and features modern loft-style units. The lofts include stainless steel appliances, elevator access and a convenient trash chute, all designed for elevated comfort and ease of living.
