Sioux Falls sixth grader to appear on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’

Storyteller Emerson Weber’s own story keeps getting better.

The Sioux Falls sixth grader, whose letter of thanks to her postal carrier gained national attention and led to a book, will appear on Friday’s episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show.”

The show, hosted by the “American Idol” winner, will cover the topic of writing letters, Weber said in a social media post.

It airs at 3 p.m. on KSFY-TV.

Weber’s book, “Sincerely Emerson,” was published by HarperCollins late last year and sells at Barnes & Noble, Target, Amazon and at sincerelyemerson.com.
