4 new things to eat this week

We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Cafe Breadico has been open now for almost a month, featuring sourdough pastries and sandwiches from its riverside home at Cherapa Place. There’s a lot to choose from in the case, but our pick is the Muffaletta. The sandwich is stacked with mortadella, Genoa salami, provolone, and a mixture of olive, tomato, garlic, vinegar, olive oil and pepper.

BibiSol has added several items to its weekend brunch menu. Our pick is Enfrijoladas. Three nixtama tortillas are topped with scrambled egg, onion, chive, cotija and curtido on a bed of black beans that’s swirled with crema. Add chorizo for an extra charge.

New fall and winter salads, bowls and wraps have arrived at Crisp & Green. The Verde Chicken grain bowl features quinoa, spinach, roasted chicken, roasted corn and poblano, avocado, roasted tomato, napa cabbage, pickled onion, aji verde sauce and jalapeno-lime vinaigrette.

For dessert, Blarney Stone Pub is serving Apple Cobbler as part of its Oktoberfest menu. A roasted Fuji apple, brown sugar and butter filling is topped with streusel and baked in a crock. It’s served warm with vanilla bean ice cream, caramel and candied pecans.
