We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig int o the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Crawford’s Bar & Grill has a new appetizer: Black Truffle Gouda Dip. It’s served with truffle- and herb-dusted housemade potato chips.

Peaches and pork on pizza? We’d try it! Obscure Brewing Co. has created the Peach and Porker. It starts with barbecue sauce and pulled pork topped with onions, peaches and mozzarella.

Watecha Bowl, which has expanded into a vacant space next door and now offers seating, has a new menu item. Lemon-peppered salmon comes with fries, coleslaw, fry bread and a large drink.

Treat yourself, and stop by JJ’s Bar for this week’s special: a lobster roll. It’s described as “a healthy portion of whole knuckle lobster salad – mayo, celery, onions, green onions and lemon juice – served on a fresh, buttered hoagie roll.” The special is available starting at 3 p.m. today and Thursday and at noon Friday and Saturday.
