More affordable living options are coming to southwest Sioux Falls.
The location
FortyOne Flats is almost ready for residents at the corner of 41st Street and Ellis Road.
“Residents will be directly across from a grocery store, gas stations, schools and additional shopping,” property manager Josh Day said.
The apartments
FortyOne Flats will offer 41 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. Pre-leasing just started, and the hope is to have people move in in June.
“You must be income-qualified to live here, and our team can help you in determining if this community is a fit,” Day said.
The amenities
Residents at FortyOne Flats will enjoy a large, furnished community room they can reserve for parties and events.
“We’re excited to bring more affordable living options to this popular neighborhood,” Day said.
