“Since we started pre-leasing, we’ve seen increased interest and anticipate it won’t be long before this building has fewer options, so we encourage residents to reach out soon,” Linn said.

There’s an indoor pool and hot tub, spacious fitness center and coffee lounge, plus the first floor will be entirely filled with businesses ready to serve the growing south side.
