4 new things to eat this week

Almond Joy fans might want to seek out this new doughnut. CNC Food Factory in the Avera McKennan Fitness Center has taken the flavors of the candy bar and incorporated it throughout the baked doughnut. It’s also available in a gluten-free version.

Sickies Garage has several new featured menu items. Here’s the Roadrunner Chicken Sandwich. It’s a Cajun-seasoned grilled chicken breast topped with melted pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, buffalo sauce, lettuce and tomato.

Here’s another chicken sandwich worth trying. Credo’s Pub, the renamed and relocated version of BB’s Pub & Grill has a Honey Pecan Cream Cheese Chicken Sandwich. The name says everything except for the fact that it also has bacon!

With the start of Lent, several restaurants are offering fish and seafood items. Ruby Tuesday has a new Fish & Chips dinner with wild Alaska pollock filets and fries. It’s $9.99 on Fridays and $11.99 every other day.
