We cover new restaurant openings literally all the time at our sister site, SiouxFalls.Business, which also means we can dig into the menu so you know what’s in store for you. Here are our four picks to eat this week.

Coffea Roasterie has started serving breakfast sandwiches. Egg & Cheese is egg, cheddar cheese, greens and sun-dried tomato aioli on a homemade biscuit. They feature locally sourced ingredients and are available at all three coffee shops daily until they sell out.

Celebrate the end of summer with the Taste of New England featured menus at 22Ten Kitchen Cocktails. There are separate menus for lunch and dinner. Our pick for lunch: Lobster Sliders. Seafood cakes with lobster and crab are served on brioche buns with spring lettuce mix, tomato and preserved lemon aioli. They’re served with Old Bay seasoned fries.

Check out the new chilled Seafood Tower at La Plaza Fiesta Mexican Restaurant. Shrimp, octopus and scallops are stacked with cucumber and onions, topped with lime seafood salsa, which also is used as a marinade for the ingredients.

You might want to save room for dessert at Outback Steakhouse. The Tim Tam Sundae features vanilla ice cream rolled in crumbles of Arnott’s Tim Tam cookies — they’re a favorite Australian chocolate biscuit. The sundae is drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream, Tim Tam cookies, strawberries and honey caramel popcorn.
