A popular apartment community in fast-growing southwest Sioux Falls is adding new living options and amenities this year.

The Silos filled up fast when it was first built, but now, thanks to new construction, there are more options. You can find a two- or three-bedroom town home as well as a one-, two- or three-bedroom apartment.

“Plus, another apartment building is opening in early April, so reach out because we’re likely going to be able to find an option that meets your needs,” Frost said.

Apartments feature large closets, a full appliance package and patios or balconies.

The amenities

Nice weather at The Silos typically means lots of gathering around the outdoor pool and fire pit, which is one of its most popular attractions.

But all year, you’ll find residents enjoying the comfortable clubhouse and expansive fitness center.

Also, with the next phase of construction, The Silos will add a dog park and playground.

“Residents love everything there is to do here, and we think the new outdoor additions will make this an even better summer,” Frost said.
