Apartment of the Week: The Rowe on 57th

The last brand-new apartments are ready at a popular southeast Sioux Falls community.

The location

The Rowe on 57th, located at 57th Street and Bahnson Avenue, is opening its final phase of new apartments, building on an area that already has drawn many satisfied residents.

“The southeast corner of Sioux Falls is a booming area. It’s all new,” property manager Jeremy Jenkins said. “You kind of have everything you need.”

The apartments

The newest apartments at The Rowe are filled with upgrades, including high ceilings, walk-in closets and elevated finishes in the kitchen.

“They’re really amazing,” Jenkins said. “We’ve had a lot of people come out and take tours. They’re just stunning. Once you get in them, they really sell themselves.”

But the Rowe is also a fit for those looking for a range of floor plans, with other buildings that still have availability.

“I think we’re really great because if someone is looking for something cost-efficient, still relatively new in a good area, they can come here,” Jenkins said. “And then I have the luxury division in the newest building where you get all the little details. And if you don’t want apartments, I’ve got flats, which is a townhome-style without the garage.”

The amenities

The Rowe also is filled with things to do, including a large community building with a retro feel that includes free Starbucks and Pac-Man.

There’s also a popular fitness center and an outdoor pool.

“It’s a fun place,” Jenkins said. “We have a lot of people utilize the community room, there’s always people at the pool in the summer, and I do resident events.”
