Apartment of the Week: The Overture

The first apartments have started to open at a new south Sioux Falls apartment community filled with things to do.

The location

The Overture on Cliff is located at 1150 E. 69th St. right at 69th and Cliff Avenue, so you’re surrounded by schools, dining and services.

“It’s a great location,” property manager Ilaria Blackwell said. “We have a lot going on here. If you live at The Overture, you’re going to be able to walk to a restaurant, your coffee place, ice cream and cookies, and we even have a gas station and convenience store.”

The apartments

You’ll find all kinds of floor plans at The Overture, from studios and studio lofts up to two-bedroom lofts and even three-bedroom options coming in the fall. Some apartments are available now, and another new set will be coming in May.

“We’ll start to be completed with construction by next winter, but in the meantime, we will have new apartments opening throughout the year,” Blackwell said. “With any questions, just come to me and I can get you the latest on availability and timing.”

The apartments themselves feature modern finishes, spacious floor plans and options for patios or decks.

The amenities

There will be a lot to do at The Overture, beginning with a two-story clubhouse that includes a kitchen and golf simulator.

The upper level includes another lounge and a large fitness center with an area for free weights.

“We also have a dog park and outdoor pool coming,” Blackwell said. “So there will be many ways to enjoy your spare time here and get to know your neighbors.”
