Apartment of the Week: Uptown Exchange Lofts

Submitted

March 26, 2025

This Apartment of the Week is sponsored by Lloyd Cos.

A smaller downtown loft community has rare availability this spring.

The location

Uptown Exchange Lofts is located on downtown’s growing north end at 522 N. Main Ave., offering one- and two-bedroom apartments that allow you an easy walk or bike ride anywhere downtown.

“You’re in the middle of an up-and-coming part of downtown, with easy access to Falls Park, Levitt at the Falls and the broader Steel District,” property manager Betsy Huls said.

The apartments

Uptown Exchange units have a distinct downtown vibe — with exposed ductwork, wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances and a mix of maple and walnut finishes.

Sizes range from 779 square feet to 1,389 square feet.

“These are spacious lofts,” Huls said. “Residents enjoy that they can live downtown without sacrificing space.”

There currently are one- and two-bedroom floor plans available, plus a two-bedroom with a den.

The amenities

Uptown Exchange residents build community inside and out, gathering around an outdoor firepit and patio or taking advantage of a 24/7 fitness studio.

“Residents also enjoy Starbucks Coffee, access to a guest suite and convenient underground parking,” Huls said.

The tour

Lease for 14 months or more, and take advantage of an offer for one month free.
