West Briar Commons is at 2805 S. Hidden Place, which is near the ever-expanding retail corner of 41st Street and Ellis Road.

“It’s located on the edge of town but still feels close to everything,” property manager Gabe Jorgensen said. “It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is slowly booming with the recent additions of Fareway grocery, Dollar Tree and the new Silverstar Car Wash right next door. Starbucks is also set to open in the next month or two, which is also right next to the property.”

The apartment

One of the best parts of West Briar is the variety offered here, from one- through three-bedroom apartments and town homes, with multiple styles available.

“They all have attached garages and a washer/dryer in the home,” Jorgensen said. “As we move into the spring/summer season, we are seeing a surge in potential residents and seeing some of our own buy their own home for the first time. We have several different layouts coming open here and there but renting fast!”

Even apartment residents enjoy attached garages, “so they stand out among the competition,” he said.

The amenities

The West Briar community room recently was updated with new modern furniture and new equipment in the fitness center, including an Echelon Reflect workout mirror. Residents also enjoy a dog park and playground.

“Our outdoor community area has its own pizazz as well,” Jorgensen said. “We got all new pool furniture to give it a more colorful look, plus a patio, grilling and fire pit area for residents to use.”
